Your data stays yours.

Bringing AI into a company raises one question before any other: where does our information go, and who can change it? Here is how Staffynex is built to answer that.

Five things that don't change.

One environment per company

Each client runs in its own environment on AWS. Your records never share space with another company's, and they aren't mixed into a common database.

Nothing changes without a person

Staffynex prepares the work: a new project, an updated quote, a status change. A person with the right role approves it before anything is created, sent or updated.

People see what their role allows

Permissions are set by role. A team member asks about their own work, a manager sees the team's, and only the people you choose can approve prices or change roles.

Answers come from your records

When someone asks a question, Staffynex works from what's in your workspace: the records your own team keeps, not information from other companies.

Your choice of AI model

If your company already works with an AI provider, we connect Staffynex to it, under your account and your terms with that provider.

Questions your IT lead will ask.

Short answers here. Anything deeper, we answer in writing before you sign.

Where does our data live?

On AWS, in an environment set up only for your company. It isn't shared with other Staffynex clients.

Can the AI change records on its own?

No. It prepares changes and sends them for approval. The approval rules are yours: who approves prices, who approves projects, and what needs a second look.

Can we use the AI provider we already have?

Yes. We connect Staffynex to the model your company prefers. The usage is billed to your account with that provider, under the terms you already agreed with them.

Who decides what each person can see?

You do. During setup we define roles with you, and we adjust them with you whenever your team changes.

Will you complete our security questionnaire?

Yes. Send it before the call or after it, and we'll answer it in writing as part of scoping your first workflow.

Send us your security questions.

If your company has a questionnaire or a vendor review process, start there. We'll answer before you commit to anything.
